Every bible-believing church is ultimately under the 'leadership' of God, and the 'Head of His Church' is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Different churches have different structures of leadership and RLC has a structure of leaders made up of the Pastoral team, deacons and department leads. All members of the leadership are appointed or approved by church members.
