Prayer as a direct and two-way communication with God the Father enables those who know Christ to minister through prayer with and for one another. Regular prayer is central to the life of every Believer growing in the knowledge of God and at by extension central to the core of our growth at RLC. This can happen at anytime and as much as prayer takes place during our services, we also have a number of times, specifically dedicated to prayer.
Sunday after services - 'Prayer Area' - after each Sunday morning service, a specific area left of the platform (within the Sanctuary) is made available, with members of the Prayer Team ready to be there for those who are in need of prayer.
Monthly Tuesday Morning Prayer meeting - once a month 3rd Tuesday in the Month at 10.30am in the Lower Lounge; with the primary reason of praying for individuals, issues within and beyond the church. Contact: Gaby Richards
Prayer 'Engine Room' - once a month, the 1st Tuesday evening in the month at 7.30pm, when all 'Life Group's' don't meet, and the church meet together for serious intercessory prayer.
Intercessory Prayer Session - Every Tuesday evening at 7.30pm - if you are a serious intercessory prayer warrior please speak to Pastor Phil.
Weeks of Prayer & Fasting (first week of new school terms) - Monday to Friday. Morning and evenings (Monday to Thursday) on Zoom, and Friday evening we meet for worship and prayer in RLC Sanctuary. (No Life Groups running these weeks).
Life Groups - meet up regularly where praying and learning to pray is a key part of these 'doing life' times together. Check out our Life Groups page for more information.
